This was Tommy's first
Halloween when he was old enough to understand 'You get candy if you dress up'. His
cousins came over and they all went Trick-or-Treating around the neighborhood. The
weather was awful, it was cold and raining quite hard. Everybody got soaked, but it
was still great fun!
